2007年9月26日上午，Prof. dr.KornelisBlok,Scientific Director of ECOFYS, Utrecht, The Netherlands; Professor of Science, Technology and Society in Utrecht University, Department of Science, Technology and Society来我室进行学术交流，在我室能源楼310会议室作了题为：Renewable Technologies and Policies in Europe, and Technologies for Fighting Climate Change的学术报告，介绍了欧洲的新能源政策及未来20年的新能源发展趋势预测。报告吸引了我室许多师生，双方还就欧洲与中国的新能源政策进行了交流。
